Contact and registration
If you contact us via form on the website or via email or if you register for one of our events, the data you provide (first name, last name, nationality, date of birth, gender, email address, club) will be stored by us to process the request/register for one of our races. We give this data exclusively to our timekeeper (computerauswertung.at) and not to other services without your consent.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

Facebook Pixel
We use the Facebook Pixel from Facebook on our website. For this purpose, we have implemented a code on our website. The Facebook Pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions that allow Facebook to track your user actions if you came to our website through Facebook Ads. These cookies allow Facebook to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with your Facebook account data. Then Facebook deletes this data again. The collected data is anonymous and not visible to us and can only be used in the context of ad placements. If you yourself are a Facebook user and are logged in, the visit to our website is automatically assigned to your Facebook user account.
We want to show our services or products only to those people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook Pixel, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. Data storage
Your data will be used for the processing of participation in our sports events as well as the associated sports results management on the legal basis of consent, performance of contract or
legitimate interests (see information on sports results management) are collected and used.
The data includes the following categories:

* Email
* Gender
* Year of birth
* club/team affiliation
* License data (UCI ID, ÖSV number, ÖRV BikeCARD, etc.)

This data is stored in the form of entry, start and result lists for archiving purposes and legitimate interests of the person responsible and made publicly available. The data will also be transmitted to superior associations (cycling federation, BSO, ...).
Contact-Tracing
By registering, the participant agrees that his/her contact data (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) as well as information about his/her participation in the event and for the purpose of tracing (contact tracing) will be transmitted to the competent authority upon official request.
Statistical data
We host our website on a server at one.com, a company located at Kalvebod Brygge 24 DK-1560 Copenhagen Denmark. Our provider compiles anonymous access statistics. The data collected here includes: Page accessed, date and time of access, browser type along with version, the user's operating system, country of access, duration of access. One.com uses the log data for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. The statistical data is anonymized and cannot be traced back to you as a visitor. Please also read the privacy policy of one.com https://www.one.com/de/info/datenschutzrichtlinie. We have concluded a corresponding order processing agreement with one.com based on the DSGVO.
Information about sports results management
Based on the consent of the data subject according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO or the fulfillment of a contractual or legal obligation of the responsible party according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b and c or f DSGVO, the personal data of the data subject, insofar as it is required for the performance/results recording or. results management in connection with registration or participation in (sporting) events or competitions, stored and also made publicly available in accordance with Art. 17 (3) in conjunction with Art. 89 DSGVO for archiving purposes in the public interest and legitimate interests of the data controller, and by the
Austrian Federal Sports Organization BSO, 1040 Vienna, Prinz-Eugen-Str. 12, stored and made publicly accessible. This is expressly acknowledged by the data subject.
Your rights
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. c) I can receive information about the event at any time from the organizer and also about future such events
d) by registering I agree that my contact data (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) as well as information about my participation in the event may be transmitted to the competent authority in case and for the purpose of tracing (contact tracing) after official request.
Furthermore, I agree that the photos, film recordings, videos, etc. made in connection with my participation in the race, as well as interviews in radio, television, advertising and books may be used by the organizer without claims for remuneration and without temporal and spatial limitation.
